Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, development, and implementation of strategies and programs to facilitate community involvement with City departments, programs and initiatives.
• Research and help develop and implement City policies, procedures, and protocol designed to engage community input on various City programs and initiatives.
• Maintain a database of community organizations, publications/media outlets, and large events to assist with outreach opportunities.
• Moderate online engagement and monitor digital channels.
• Assist with neighborhood need assessments and meetings with residents and community groups.
• Assist with public dialogues and consensus building; arrange venues and interpreters as needed.
