• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience building collaborative partnerships with community organizations and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate community activities and programs advancing human rights priorities.
• Collaborate with organizations to address community needs and resources.
• Conduct needs assessments and engage residents, leaders, and groups.
• Develop and monitor budgets for projects and programs.
