Responsibilities

  • Coordinate community activities and programs advancing human rights priorities.
  • Collaborate with organizations to address community needs and resources.
  • Conduct needs assessments and engage residents, leaders, and groups.
  • Develop and monitor budgets for projects and programs.
  • Represent the City before community groups, businesses, and media.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers.
  • Ensure compliance with City policies and regulatory requirements.
