Project Access, Inc. seeks a part-time Resident Services Coordinator to amplify community life at The Parker Apartments in Aurora, CO.

You will link residents with services, plan workshops, and oversee after-school and teen programs within four pillars: Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, and Community Building. You’ll build partnerships with local providers, coordinate outreach, recruit volunteers, and manage data on social impact.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in community outreach, resident services, or related fields.
• Ability to build relationships and engage residents in a community setting.
• Independent, proactive work ethic with follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Implement core programs across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, Community Building.
• Coordinate and oversee after-school and teen programs, including homework help and enrichment.
• Plan and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions.
• Develop partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Organize monthly outreach, door-to-door and digital campaigns.
