Job summary

WeWork in Minneapolis is seeking a friendly Community Associate to be the face of our building. You will greet members and guests, manage front desk operations, assist with events, and promote WeWork services to foster a welcoming, productive environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in hospitality or customer service, strong communication, and a passion for entrepreneurial communities. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Cover the front desk during building hours and be an on-site point of contact.
• Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Support Community Management team and events; promote WeWork services.
• Assist with mail, building operations, and member needs as directed.
