The Community Associate at WeWork will be the face of the building, greeting members, managing the front desk, and supporting the Community Management team daily. You’ll help drive events, engagement, and ensure smooth building operations while upholding WeWork’s policies and welcoming culture.

Formación

• College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required.
• 1+ years of hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Front Desk Management: greet members, sign-in guests, and manage building information.
• Events and Membership Engagement: support programming and member relations.
• Building Operations: handle mail, keys, and general on-site support.
• Policy compliance and community etiquette.
