Job summary

WeWork is seeking a Community Associate to be the on-site face of the building, manage the front desk, and support the Community Management team. You will greet members, sign-in guests, coordinate events, and assist with mail, packages, and building operations.

The role emphasizes hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to foster a sense of community among members and guests.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a four-year degree preferred
• 1+ years of hospitality experience
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: greet members and guests, sign-in, answer questions about policies and procedures.
• Events and Membership Engagement: promote events, coordinate posters, track attendance and feedback.
• Building Operations and Management: manage mail, keys, and handling of packages and equipment.
• Provide support to the Community Management team and act as the on-site face of WeWork.
