Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with customers
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist and support customers to ensure a smooth experience in the center
• Manage inquiries about services, WiFi codes, packages, directions and meeting room setups
• Open and track service tickets in the portal and ensure invoices are accurate
• Coordinate events and networking activities in the center
• Help maintain a tidy, well-organized center and support daily operations
