Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago seeks a Program Specialist for Community Health Data and Analytics to create and maintain data interfaces, dashboards and visuals for leadership, oversight committees, and community partners.

The role applies analytic methods to evaluate initiatives and support health equity across Chicago. Reporting to the Manager of Finance and Data, you will oversee data management, key performance indicators, and timely reporting, collaborating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in community health programming or engagement, education, healthcare/public health, administration, or related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends; travel throughout Chicago likely.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative efforts with internal and external partners to identify health priorities and develop innovative community health and engagement strategies.
• Serve as liaison with community partners, residents and marginalized populations across Chicago.
• Cultivate relationships with community-based organizations, educational institutions, faith-based groups and service providers.
• Plan and implement trainings, workshops, forums and curricula promoting inclusive participation.
