Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Program Specialist, Data and Analytics to develop and maintain data interfaces, dashboards and visuals for leadership and community programs.

You will apply analytic methods to evaluate community health initiatives and support the Magoon Institute’s strategies, collaborating with clinical and public health experts. The role reports to the Manager of Finance and Data and supports data management systems, KPI definitions, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community health programming or engagement.
• Strong project management, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with databases and survey tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative efforts with partners to identify health priorities and develop engagement strategies.
• Provide project management in planning, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives within the Magoon Institute.
• Serve as liaison with community partners, advocating for equitable access to resources.
• Develop grant and funding applications and reporting with leadership guidance.
• Mentor program assistants, coordinators, students, interns and volunteers.
