Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks a Program Specialist for Community Health Data and Analytics to create and maintain data interfaces, dashboards, and visuals for leadership, committees, and partners.

This role supports evaluation of community health initiatives and advances health equity across Chicago. Reporting to the Manager of Finance and Data, the specialist will manage data collection, KPI definitions, and reporting from the community health data management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community health programming or engagement, education, healthcare/public health, administration, or related field.
• Strong project management experience and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative efforts with internal and external partners to identify health priorities and develop community health strategies.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate community health initiatives and events within the Magoon Institute.
• Develop and implement communications, marketing, and social media strategies for community health and education initiatives.
