Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MHA preferred or in progress.
• Minimum two years of related experience in health care planning, hospital finance, or health care consulting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to collaborate across levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with PowerBI and hospital decision-support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides data support for business planning and management requests.
• Performs financial analysis, including pro forma projections and modeling.
• Delivers service area information with demographic data and forecasts.
• Prepares maps and quarterly division performance reports.
