Job summary

The Jewish Renaissance Foundation seeks an Enrollment Navigator to assist individuals and families in New Jersey with Get Covered NJ health insurance enrollment and education. You will provide clear, unbiased guidance on plan options, eligibility determinations, and enrollment while focusing on underserved populations.

Responsibilities include helping consumers complete Marketplace applications, explaining insurance concepts, and organizing outreach activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, community outreach, healthcare, social services, or public benefits preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati highly desirable.
• Must complete and maintain required Get Covered New Jersey Navigator training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one assistance to consumers applying for health insurance through Get Covered New Jersey.
• Educate consumers on health insurance concepts and available financial assistance programs.
• Assist consumers with Marketplace applications, plan comparisons, enrollment, and reporting life changes.
• Track outreach activities, consumer interactions, enrollments, and performance metrics.
