Responsibilities

• Provide information about health insurance options and marketplaces to residents.
• Assist eligible individuals with enrollment and follow-up in person and virtually.
• Conduct community outreach, events, and presentations to promote coverage options.
• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate information and assistance.
• Educate consumers on coverage options and enrollment steps including portal setup and determinations.
• Support enrollment workers and ensure training requirements are met.
• Collect data and track enrollment activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with health program staff and partners to align outreach with goals.
• Attend trainings and participate in ongoing professional development.
