Saintjameshealth in New Jersey is seeking a Healthcare Navigator to assist patients with Medicaid, CHIP, and Federal Marketplace enrollment. You will educate patients on affordable options and help complete enrollment applications.

The role requires an Exchange Enrollment Facilitator certificate or completion within 30 days and 3+ years of healthcare insurance enrollment experience. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Excel are a plus.

Qualifications

• Exchange Enrollment Facilitator Certificate or complete training within 30 days.
• 3+ years of Healthcare Insurance Enrollment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Efficient with time management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel.
• Complete all related training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach activities; educate patients about affordable insurance options and Marketplace.
• Maintain expertise in eligibility, enrollment, and program specifics; conduct public education to raise Marketplace awareness.
• Assist individuals with enrollment applications and understanding eligibility for plans.
• Stay abreast of regulatory guidelines and plan eligibility and system requirements.
• Resolve enrollment issues with health insurers and help patients enroll; collaborate with Case Management to improve processes.
• Attend community outreach events and health fairs as required by the organization.
