Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Community Manager in Indianapolis, IN, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will lead daily operations, manage budgets, and drive resident satisfaction while coordinating with vendors and local authorities.

A valid in-state driver's license and property management experience are preferred. You will recruit and develop the team, oversee marketing, leasing, and turnover of homes, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Must obtain or transfer state licensing within 90 days.
• Property management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication is required.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily community operations including evictions, collections, resident relations, budget protection.
• Recruit, train, manage, and develop team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to reinforce expectations and growth.
• Oversee marketing, sales, leasing, and turnover of homes to keep occupancy high.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, cities, and counties.
• Plan and oversee community events to foster a positive environment.
• Coordinate with residents to uphold property standards.
• Attend company meetings and trainings as requested.
• Coordinate new home delivery and warranty follow-ups with manufacturers.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
