The position supports overall community operations, rent collection, marketing of vacant units, and diverse administrative duties while contributing to team success and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management (Section 8, LIHTC, NSPIRE, Tax Credit Lease-Up)
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Marketing and closing skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall operations of the apartment community
• Support rent collection processes
• Market vacant units to maintain occupancy
• Handle various administrative duties
