Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a leader to build its community function from the ground up, reporting to the CMO. The role collaborates with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success and will scale a global community with in-person and virtual events.

You will identify audiences, stand up platforms, and turn active users into advocates, case studies, and referrals, while ensuring community activities contribute to pipeline and retention.

Qualifications

• AI literacy and workflow integration across teams.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Experience using AI for research, content creation, and document summarization.
• Ability to craft effective prompts for AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own community strategy and define target audience and channels.
• Build platforms, rituals, and events (in-person and virtual).
• Turn engaged users into advocates, case studies, referrals, and champions.
• Close loop with Product and Marketing to feed user feedback without delay.
• Make community a growth channel by coordinating with Growth and PMM.
