Job summary

New Earth Residential LLC seeks a Community Manager for one of its Nevada properties. You will welcome residents, approve leases, analyze market trends, and lead on-site staff to keep the community well-maintained and profitable.

The role requires strong leasing and marketing experience, excellent customer service, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and the internet. On-site duties include reporting to the Regional Manager and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as an on-site Community Manager in multi-family property management.
• Strong leasing and marketing background with superior customer service.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet; software experience preferred.
• Experience with community budgeting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional customer service.
• Lead daily check-ins with the on-site team and coordinate priorities.
• Post and ensure all income is recorded; keep listings and move-ins updated.
• Maintain social media presence with regular posts; monitor online visibility.
• Inspect units and common areas; ensure curb appeal and maintenance.
• Review lease files for accuracy and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Support revenue collection and assist budgeting processes.
