You will expand our subreddits into active communities and align with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social.
• Fintech/insurtech or consumer-facing regulated category preferred.
• Strategic operator who builds systems; understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Patient, long-term growth mindset, values organic trust.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop Jerry's playbook for posting, replying, and staying authentic.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams for consistency across channels.
