Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and amenities of our multi-family communities. You will perform grounds upkeep, remove debris, and support make-ready activities while ensuring residents enjoy a clean, safe environment.

You will work with the Service Manager and team to address requests, maintain common areas, and comply with OSHA and safety standards. Weekend availability may be required as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills to access company software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and curb appeal by performing exterior maintenance.
• Inspect community daily for litter and hazards.
• Handle trash removal and maintain dumpster areas.
• Complete service requests and communicate with residents.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
