Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Groundskeeper in Charlotte, NC to maintain the exterior appearance of our multi-family communities. You will care for lawns, sidewalks, common areas, and amenity spaces, ensuring a welcoming curb appeal.

The role requires weekend availability, physical work outdoors, and the ability to perform tasks under the supervision of the Service Manager. Prior property management or maintenance exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Property management and customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills to use company software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Remove litter, debris, and pet waste from grounds and amenities.
• Assist with make-ready tasks by preparing vacant apartments.
• Report hazards and assist with safety compliance during site visits.
• Perform minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.
