Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of our apartment communities in Stockbridge, GA. You will perform routine tasks, assist with minor repairs, and support the Service Manager to keep the property inviting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or building maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for occupancy.
• Complete service requests and communicate with residents and supervisors.
• Report hazards and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Assist with maintenance and curb appeal tasks as needed.
