DevCo Residential Property Management is hiring a Full-Time Groundskeeper in Everett, WA. The role requires maintaining grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards, while supporting the maintenance team.

Responsibilities include daily grounds care, trash removal, exterior cleaning, light repairs, and landscaping duties. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1 year of groundskeeping experience, with English proficiency and ability to pass background checks.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 1 year porter/groundskeeper experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Legally qualified to work in the U.S. (I-9) required.

Responsabilidades

• Walk the community grounds daily and keep areas clean and curb appeal up to company standards.
• Empty trash/recycling and ensure tidy appearance around dumpsters and compactor.
• Maintain cleanliness of pet waste stations and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Clean exterior walkways, lighting, and assist in light repairs.
• Perform landscaping duties (mowing, edging, pruning, watering) and occasional in-house gardening tasks.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and trashing out vacated units as needed.
