Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred.
• Able to follow safety guidelines and operate common equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal to company standards.
• Perform trash removal, litter control, and upkeep of common areas.
• Assist with light maintenance and landscape tasks as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of leasing office, clubhouse, and model units.
