Job summary

Multifamily NW seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain an ACC student housing community, ensuring clean interiors and pristine exteriors. You’ll support service teams, handle make-ready tasks, and contribute to overall curb appeal.

The role emphasizes following multi-step instructions, safety compliance, and willingness to learn basic maintenance. Training is provided to support success in the role and uphold community standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in or willingness to learn general labor and property (apartment) maintenance.
• Ability to follow multi-step instructions and work safely.
• Familiarity with safety rules and MSDS handling is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior and exterior of the property to standard.
• Perform groundskeeping including trash collection.
• Vacuum, mop, and shampoo floors in resident rooms and common areas; stock bathrooms.
• Assist service team with work orders, moving furniture, and storing supplies.
• Support make-ready duties, including trash outs, cleaning, and painting.
• Assist in property turnover and pool maintenance (if applicable).
• Operate facility equipment safely following safety protocols.
• Keep shops/storage areas clean and organized.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisor.
