The ideal candidate will ensure that the community's exterior remains pristine, safe, and inviting for residents and guests. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting with landscaping, ensuring safety compliance, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to maintaining community aesthetics.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if required for golf cart operation).

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including walkways and parking lots.
• Perform daily inspections to remove litter and debris.
• Assist with landscaping duties such as watering and trimming.
• Power wash exterior surfaces and maintain outdoor amenities.
• Ensure trash and recycling areas are clean and compliant.
• Assist maintenance teams with minor repairs as needed.
• Secure and maintain grounds equipment in an orderly manner.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
