Job summary

HNN Communities is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper in Mill Creek, WA to maintain community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. The role supports the maintenance team and reports to the property manager.

The position offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm schedule with pay at $24.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Frequently walk the community grounds daily, pick up trash and debris to maintain curb appeal.
• Pickup waste from compactor areas, ensure a clean appearance at all times.
• Empty pet waste stations and stock bags.
• Maintain exterior walkways and lighting, assist with light checks and repairs.
• Clean leasing office, clubhouse, model units and common areas; vacuum, mop, dust, wash windows.
• Assist with landscape tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming and planting on a schedule.
• Support apartment make-ready processes and trash out vacated units as directed.
• Remove snow and ice when applicable and participate in resident events.
