Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper for our Atlanta, GA community. You will maintain curb appeal, perform grounds upkeep, and support the service team to ensure residents experience a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and organizational skills, enjoy outdoor work, and are committed to customer service. This full-time role involves physical tasks, travel up to 10%, and a team-focused culture that rewards ownership and growth.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, leadership, and residents.
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
• A passion for chasing excellence and providing exemplary customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, including parking lot, buildings, and all common areas.
• Clean out vacated apartments.
• Assist the Service Team with service requests as needed.
• Address issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers even in difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to all residents proactively solving issues, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
• Maintains the physical condition of the property.
• Utilizes hand tools and power tools to participate in upkeep.
• Picks up debris and removes other objects from the property.
• Responds to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Professional and timely responses to all work orders.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
