Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and exert 50 lbs of force.
• HVAC knowledge; CPO license preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required; EOE.

Responsibilities

• Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally at all times.
• Maintain property to preserve value and meet quality standards.
• Perform maintenance tasks and repairs for occupied and vacant apartments.
• Coordinate with Service Director and Community Director on operations and safety.
