Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Brookside Country Club community in El Monte, CA. This full-time role focuses on general grounds maintenance and basic repairs for manufactured home communities across the site.

The successful candidate will perform a range of tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and routine maintenance, with a strong emphasis on safety and resident relations. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
• May need to provide own tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to keep homes and community areas in good condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to Community Manager.
• Maintain community grounds and assist with lawn care.
• Handle resident interactions courteously and professionally.
• Operate and maintain maintenance equipment.
• Assist in refurbishing Community Owned homes.
• Ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
