Oakmont of Brookside, part of Oakmont Management Group in California, seeks a Maintenance Technician responsible for upkeep of the community’s physical plant, exterior and interior common areas, and resident units. Candidates should have basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge.

The role includes assisting with apartment turnovers, maintaining grounds, and ensuring a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Ability to assist with apartment turnovers – painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the physical plant, exterior, interior common areas, and resident units.
• Maintain grounds including pool and spa.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with other staff and departments.
