Job summary

Investment Property Group in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a manufactured housing community. The role involves hands-on maintenance of buildings, grounds, and amenities to meet company standards for safety and appearance.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of maintenance experience, proficient with power tools, and strong problem-solving and time-management skills. This is a full-time position at Rancho Huntington Estates with on-site work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years maintenance experience at a manufactured or multi-family community of 100+ units.
• Knowledge and safe use of power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, standing, lifting, bending, pulling).

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG in a positive, professional manner.
• Perform general grounds maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, leaf removal).
• Operate power tools and equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Use a chainsaw to cut/remove large tree limbs or debris.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, lawns, walkways, and parking areas.
• Inspect/maintain irrigation systems; adjust/repair sprinklers/valves.
• Assist with property inspections and address issues.
• Vacuum, sweep, clean toilets, floors, and delete litter.
• Perform trash-out duties and move items to dumpsters/storage.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Respond to after-hour emergencies as needed.
