The role involves general grounds and lawn maintenance, simple repairs to homes, and duties across a 40-hour work week. As a Maintenance Groundskeeper you will handle work orders, interact with residents professionally, manage yard care tasks, and assist with basic repairs to ensure community quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to provide own tools if required.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager timely.
• Promote goodwill by courteous interaction with residents, visitors and staff.
• Identify deficiencies and take action with manager approval.
• Maintain manicured community grounds and perform lawn care tasks.
• Remove garbage from grounds and assist with site cleanliness.
• Perform snow removal as applicable.
• Report equipment and supply needs; inventory maintenance tools.
