Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania is seeking an Advancement Coordinator to support fundraising, donor engagement, volunteer management, community partnerships, grant administration, and special events across the region.

Working with the Advancement team, you will create meaningful experiences for donors, volunteers, sponsors, and partners while helping secure resources that empower youth and families throughout Western Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in related fields preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years in event planning, fundraising, project coordination, or community engagement preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit environment preferred.
• Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising, donor engagement, and resource development.
• Coordinate fundraising events from planning to execution.
• Assist with donor stewardship and sponsorship fulfillment.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support volunteers for events.
• Support grant administration activities including reporting and outcomes.
• Coordinate in-kind donations and maintain donor records.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and fundraising systems.
• Collaborate with staff and partners to advance goals.
