Responsibilities

• Receive guests and visitors, have them sign in.
• Assist visitors in finding resident rooms.
• Answer telephone, take messages, transfer calls.
• Announce appointments to staff.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports and documents.
• Maintain front desk and lobby area neat and organized.
• Perform duties as assigned by Business Office Manager or Executive Director.
