Qualifications

• 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Hands-on maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is highly desired; CPO is a plus.
• Availability to be on-call to address emergencies.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Superior customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic computer knowledge: Windows, Word, Excel, internet, email.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction and deliver high-quality maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance on the property.
• Finalize make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Help control costs by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible; monitor supplies.
• Adhere to safety policies and report any unsafe conditions.
