Qualifications

• Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Valid Life & Health Insurance License.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the insurance industry, focusing on client relations or sales leadership.
• Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation systems.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others and foster a collaborative office culture.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for operational detail.
