Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Demonstrated history of managing a book of business and achieving sales targets.
• Deep familiarity with insurance coverage options and risk assessment.
• Strong comfort level with digital policy management software and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand their personal or business protection needs.
• Prepare and deliver competitive quotes that address specific risks and concerns.
• Review existing policies with clients to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our internal database.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine our local outreach and community presence.
