Qualifications

• Maryland Property and Casualty license required.
• Proven sales success in a target-driven environment.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Comfort with digital documentation and agency systems.
• Residency within a commutable distance to Columbia, MD.
• Strong communication for high-stakes client conversations.
• Experience in community outreach or networking.
