Qualifications

• Current Virginia Property & Casualty license is required.
• Solid understanding of insurance policies and coverage types.
• Strong comfort with computers and digital management systems.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
• Experience with agency management systems or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand coverage needs and goals.
• Develop custom insurance proposals that provide protection for families and businesses.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of client interactions and follow-up requests.
