Qualifications

• Virginia license in Property & Casualty or Life & Health is required.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Comfort using digital tools to manage client records and communications.
• Strong ability to listen and explain insurance concepts clearly.
• Residence or daily commute to Henrico, VA office.
• Track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to discuss coverage options and protections.
• Guide clients through plan selections that align with financial goals.
• Update and maintain client account information with high attention to detail.
• Reach out to existing policyholders to review coverage as life changes.
