Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager in Santa Fe to oversee financial operations, rent collection, and reporting. The role supports the Community Manager and uses Yardi/OneSite to record and report financial activity, while ensuring lease terms are enforced and revenue is maximized.

The position requires 1–3 years in property management or residence life, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in residence life or property management with focus on financial records, reports, and customer service.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.

Responsibilities

• Collects and posts rent, processes invoices, and prepares financial reports.
• Uses property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and ensures data integrity.
• Reviews resident files to identify unpaid fees and communicates with residents.
• Reviews vendor invoices and coordinates payments with owners and accounting.
