LR Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization in Washington. The role focuses on team-based care, policy development, and clinical practice standardization.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Board certified in Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted medical license in Washington.
• Unrestricted DEA registration.
• FTCA or equivalent professional liability coverage.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice post-training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to perform all physical demands of the role with or without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Render professional services within scope of training in compliance with laws and standards.
• Provide continuous care and supervision to patients; coordinate diagnostic and treatment services.
• Stay current on CDC guidelines and disseminate updates to staff as appropriate.
• Complete medical records in a timely manner per policy.
• Devote full-time efforts to clinical practice; outside speaking allowed if not affective.
• Provide clinical consultation to other providers and be available for questions.
• Participate in peer review processes for clinical privileges.
• Review test results and ensure appropriate follow-up for absent providers.
• Participate in call coverage on a rotating basis with peers.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues; advocate for patients.
• Assist in planning goals and policies to improve medical management.
• Foster relationships with referral sources and consultants; ensure follow-up.
• Attend conferences and continuing education.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient flow and experience.
• Foster collaboration across departments; participate in PCMH care coordination.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel health.
• Empower patients through self-management education.
• Attend monthly department meetings and complete trainings.
