Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered, community-based health organization in Washington.

The role focuses on leading clinical standards, coordinating diagnostic and treatment services, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The physician will provide comprehensive care, supervise services, and stay current with CDC guidelines and pharmaceutical updates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with ACGME-accredited residency.
• Board certified in Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice in Washington State.
• Unrestricted DEA registration with prescriptive authority.
• Qualifies for FTCA or equivalent professional liability coverage.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice/patient care since training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to perform all physical demands of the role with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Render professional services within scope of training in compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Provide continuous care and supervision for patients; direct diagnostic and treatment services.
• Stay current on CDC guidelines, infectious disease updates, and pharmaceutical updates; disseminate to staff.
• Complete all medical records in a timely manner per policy.
• Devote full-time efforts to clinical practice; outside speaking or lecturing allowed if not affecting practice.
• Provide clinical consultation to other providers; be available for diagnosis and treatment questions.
• Participate in peer review processes for clinical privileges maintenance.
• Review test results and communications for patients of absent providers and adjust care as needed.
• Participate in rotating call coverage with other physicians.
