Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking a Bachelor’s Level Family Counselor to join our Family Based program, delivering intensive, community-based support to families in need.

The team provides comprehensive training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) to equip you with tools to drive meaningful change. You’ll work with a Master’s-level Mental Health Professional to support up to eight families, participate in weekly supervision, and engage in an employer-paid training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to human services is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children/families in CASSP-related programs.
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean record and car insurance for client transport.
• Ability to provide services across multiple locations (home, school, community).
• On-call rotating schedule必須.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with families to address children's mental health needs and provide therapeutic support.
• Help families navigate crises and strengthen relationships at home.
• Collaborate with a Master’s-level Mental Health Professional to serve up to 8 families at a time.
• Assist in crisis response, case management, and weekly supervision to build clinical skills.
• Participate in employer-paid training to learn ESFT and earn certification.
