Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Bachelor's Level Family Counselor in York, PA. The role focuses on intensive, community-based support for families, with ESFT training provided and supervision available.

You will work directly with families to address children's mental health needs, navigate crises, and collaborate with a Master’s-level clinician to support multiple families. On-call rotation and bilingual requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields as listed.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/families in CASSP related program.
• Ability to transport clients (valid license, clean record, insurance).
• Ability to serve in home, school, and community locations.
• On-call on rotating schedule.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Address children's mental health needs and provide therapeutic support with families.
• Help families navigate crises, strengthen relationships, and build a supportive system at home.
• Collaborate with a Master’s-level mental health professional to serve up to 8 families at a time.
• Assist in crisis response, case management, and weekly team supervision to enhance clinical skills.
• Participate in an employer-paid training program to gain ESFT certification.
