Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services, Inc. seeks a Master’s Level Family Counselor (FBMHP) to join our Family Based Mental Health program in Carlisle, PA.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and a salary range of $57,000–$64,000, with comprehensive employer-paid benefits and licensure support. We provide ESFT-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families, extensive training, supervision, and a mission-driven team focused on keeping families together and preventing out-of-home

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in the field such as counseling, psychology, social work, criminal justice, education, rehabilitation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and/or families in a CASSP-related program.
• Volunteer and internship experience count toward experience.
• Ability to transport clients in your own car.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
• Ability to provide services in home, school, and community locations.
• Ability to participate in on-call coverage on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions, crisis response, and case management to help families navigate mental health challenges.
• Work with parents and caregivers to strengthen family relationships and develop behavioral strategies for their children.
• Deliver community-based family therapy in home, school, and community locations.
• Partner with a Bachelor’s-level Mental Health Worker to serve up to 8 families at a time.
• Participate in weekly supervision and group/team supervision for clinical support and growth.
• Receive on-call crisis consultation and rotate on-call duties when needed.
