Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services, Inc. seeks a Bachelor’s Level Family Counselor to join our Family Based program, providing intensive, community-based support to families in need. We train in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy and certify you to drive meaningful change.

You’ll work with families to address children’s mental health needs, navigate crises, and collaborate with a Master’s-level professional to serve up to eight families concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum 1 year working with children/families in CASSP programs.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and car insurance.
• Ability to cover home, school, and community locations.
• Rotating on-call schedule participation.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with families to address children's mental health needs.
• Help families navigate crises and strengthen relationships at home.
• Collaborate with a Master’s-level professional to support up to 8 families.
• Assist in crisis response, case management, and weekly supervision.
