Job summary

TEAMCare Behavioral Health seeks a Family Based Mental Health Professional to join a two-person Treatment Team in Lancaster County, PA. You will be trained in ESFT and provide intensive family therapy in settings outside the traditional office.

The role requires a graduate degree, 2 years' child/adolescent experience, valid PA driver’s license, Act 33/34 and FBI clearances. You will help strengthen family relationships and increase stability for families in our program.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree and at least 2 years' experience with children/adolescents.
• Valid PA driver's license and auto insurance.
• Act 33/34 Clearance and FBI Clearance.
• Passion for patient care and positive life changes.
• Ability to learn and efficiently use computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ESFT-based therapy to families within Lancaster County.
• Work as part of a two-person Treatment Team to support up to eight families.
• Provide intensive therapeutic services in non-traditional settings.
