Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Owns problems and finds solutions
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and manage inquiries at the center
• Set up equipment and help with meetings
• Process invoices and ensure accurate charges
• Coordinate events and networking activities at the center
